Mila.Vert Muses of May 2020

Integrity. Boldness. Style. Kindness.
Introducing Mila.Vert Muses: exceptional women who are an endless source of inspiration to us.

Last month's muses, Rie and Lysiane-Marie, both present two stylings and provide us with just the right sustainable outfit inspiration needed for the days ahead of us.

Rie

Sustainable style moodboard

What made me fall in love with Mila.Vert is not only the beauty of their sustainable fabrics, but that every article of clothing they design is wonderfully elegant, yet classically simple at the same time. The designer, Tina, is also a beautiful person inside and out, and I can always feel that great energy and passion she puts into all her clothing.

Rie
is the owner of LaLaLei, a shop in Kobe, Japan. Passionate about sustainable clothing, she travels the world to find ethical brands to include in her shop's selection. We met her last summer at the Neonyt fair in Berlin and were astonished by her impeccable style, kindness and determination to create a varied selection of clothes that go well with each other and LaLaLei’s concept. We can only wish for shop owners like this! The team at LaLaLei beautifully styled our

Lysiane-Marie

Sustainable minimal style

They reflect my ethos; my vision of what eco conscious consumption and better buying decisions needs to be. Think sustainable, minimal, timeless, high quality and must-have pieces. All everyday essentials in one place.

Lysiane-Marie (@linesmanner), a French personal stylist and content creator whom we’ve already introduced as part of our Mila.Vert muses of February, is the founder of the style journal LINES/MANNER. With her focus on minimalist and monochrome fashion, Lysiane-Marie included our
Knitted "rice cubes" pullover with high neck into her timeless stylings.
