First you place your order for the product in the size you would like to receive, after which you receive an order confirmation. After the pre-order window closes, our local production partners will produce the items that were ordered, and we will ship your order after the date stated above. It is possible to return pre-ordered items.

If something doesn't feel right, you can always return your order – we offer free returns worldwide.

All our items, except for coats and blazers, can be washed at 30°C. We recommend air-drying, but you can use a dryer with all our organic cotton pieces, including knitwear, which will come out of the dryer even softer. For our coats and blazers, dry-cleaning is recommended.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Our shipping is free for orders over 250 EUR and all our returns are easy and completely free. Read more about shipping and returns.

For now, our prices are available only in EUR, but we are working on making them available in USD and other currencies soon. When placing an order through our website, you don’t have to do anything as the sum will be automatically converted by your bank.
