Shipping & Returns

If your item is unworn and has original tags still intact, you can return it within 30 days after receiving your purchase.

We are currently able to provide free returns for Austria, Germany and Slovenia, and are working on extending this offer to other countries in the near future. 

Austria, Germany and Slovenia

1. Send us an email to info@milavert.com with a request for a free return. In response, we will send you a return label for your package.
2. Fill out the “Returns and exchanges” form provided with your order.
3. Pack up your items in the original packaging.
4. Drop off the parcel at the post office responsible for handling your package (written on the return label).

Other countries

Since we are unable to provide pre-paid shipping for your returns, the shipping costs need to be covered by the customer. Depending on the reason for the return, we do sometimes refund your shipping costs.

Here are the simple steps to take:

1. Fill out the “Returns and exchanges” form provided with your order.
2. Pack up your items in the original packaging.
3. Drop off the parcel at any post office (to be on the safe side, you might consider using a trackable shipping service, especially for higher valued products).
